EPIC Set-up Instructions in IE Mode

Microsoft has announced the end of Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) support. We recommend you switch to Microsoft EDGE and set-up EPIC before the support period ends to avoid interruptions in file accessibility and daily business operations.

1. If you have not already done so, download and install Microsoft Edge and enable IE mode (Our instructions may be found here)
2. Download and open the EPIC system registry file -- Please note: A pop-up may appear advising that files of this type can damage your computer - select "RUN" and confirm the remaining screens to complete the installation of the specific information EDGE needs for EPIC compatibility
3. Close Edge, and relaunch to ensure changes are applied

Using EPIC Title Software in IE Mode

1. Launch Edge (if not already open) and proceed to EPIC login page (Fig. 3 - EPIC Login Screen)
2. If neither a pop-up nor warning appears, skip to Step 6

This page is open in Internet Explorer Mode

3. When launching a new page in IE mode, you may receive a pop-up, "This page is open in Internet Explorer mode" (Figure 1)
4. To force the page to load in IE Mode in all future instances, toggle the slider, "Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time" to on; then click "Done"

5. If you get the following screen (Fig. 2 - ATGF Online Utility Notification) when you attempt to login, please click each of the links and follow the on-screen instructions: 

• https://www.attorneydonedeal.com/montanaplus/autoPackageUpdate.asp (This link is updates the browser with specific features that EDGE will need to open and utilize all of the features with EPIC).
• https://www.attorneydonedeal.com/montanaplus/images/LDDOnlineUtility.exe (This link downloads the most up-to-date utilities that EPIC will need to operate successfully in EDGE).

Login to EPIC

6. Login using your credentials, and **remember to select the correct state as Colorado is default**

Other Methods to Launch Pages in IE Mode

‍

1. Activate IE Mode on any page by clicking the ellipses "..." in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window and locate, "Reload in Internet Explorer mode" (Fig. 6 - Reload in Internet Explorer mode)

If "Reload in Internet Explorer mode" is not found in the main menu by simply clicking the ellipses, it may be located in the "More tools" submenu

1. Click the ellipses "..." in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window and locate, "More tools"
2. Hover over "More tools" until submenu appears and "Reload in Internet Explorer mode" may be found at the bottom of the submenu
