Enable Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge

Microsoft has announced the end of Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) support. We recommend you switch to Microsoft EDGE before the support period ends to avoid interruptions in file accessibility and daily business operations.

Enable IE MODE in Microsoft Edge*

*Not available on Mac or Linux

[If you already have Microsoft Edge installed, please skip to step 2]

1. If you have not already done so, please download and install Microsoft Edge
2. Launch Microsoft Edge on your device
3. Click the ellipses "..." in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window
4. Navigate to "Settings" towards the bottom of the menu
5. Once the Settings screen appears, select "Default Browser" from the left-hand menu (Fig. 1)
6. Within the "Default Browser" panel, locate "Let Internet Explorer open site in Microsoft Edge" and select "Always (Recommended)" (Fig. 1-1)
7. Also within the "Default Browser" panel, locate "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode" and set to "Default" (Fig. 1-2)
8. Close EDGE, or (if available) click "Restart" to ensure all changes were applied
9. Once complete, if browser still does not load EPIC in IE mode, select "Add" (Fig. 1-3) and follow directions below, "Add Internet Explorer Mode Pages"

Add Internet Explorer Mode Pages

1. Click the ellipses "..." in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Once the Settings screen appears, search for "Internet Explorer Mode Pages" (Figure 1-3)
4. Click the "Add" button and a pop-up will appear, "Add a Page"
5. Under "Enter a URL" enter, "https://www.attorneydonedeal.com/atgfplus/" (Figure 2)
6. Click "Add" (Figure 2)
7. Click "Restart" or close and relaunch Edge
