Foreclosure
Guaranty
The Foreclosure Guaranty is a report disclosing the
interests in title as of a specific date for the
purposes of a foreclosure.
The rates are $300 for the first $100,000 of
liability and $.70 per $1000 above that. There is
no charge for the first three updates in Zone 1
(Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas,
Elbert & Jefferson Counties) & Zone 2
(Boulder, Clear Creek, El Paso, Gilpin, Larimer,
Park, Teller & Weld Counties). Updates beyond
the first three will be charged $30 per update. All
other Colorado Counties will charge $75 for all
updates.
If you are interested in providing this product to
your customers, please follow these procedures:
1. Email or call Paula Molick (pmolick@atgf.net,
303-292-3055) and ask for inventory. Paula will
issue you a block of policy numbers.
2. Access the policy, endorsement and invoice forms
on our website - www.atgf.net and save them to your
system.
3. When you issue a policy, apply a supplied
inventory number in the box provided on the
form.
4. Remit the appropriate split along with a copy of
the first two pages of the Foreclosure Guaranty to
ATGF.
