“If you are ordering a search for a Title Guaranty, please so indicate on your order form so that the title department can apply the appropriate discount to you. The cost of this search is $75.00 (no tax certificate is provided with this search).

Reminder…the Title Guaranty is issued off of the search provided (no updated searches are necessary or provided) and the premium should be collected from the customer upon receipt of the Title Guaranty. If the customer requires documentation or evidence of the recordation of their lien, they may order a new Title Guaranty, an update search (at cost), or an ALTA Loan Policy or other title insurance product.
